This is an excellent opportunity to develop existing skills within Recruitment.
If you have proven sales experience within a different sector or if you have telesales/ telemarketing experience and you are looking for a new challenge this role could be for you.
Working within recruitment you must be prepared for hardwork and be able to work to targets and handle pressure as well as being able to maintain control of a variety of different situations.
Duties will include proactively seeking opportunities with employers for candidates, interviewing candidates to ascertain their job search requirements, match candidate profiles to employers requirements as well as cross selling and up selling services to new and existing clients.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate determination, drive, enthusiasm and passion to make money. Excellent communication skills are essential teamed with the ability to empathise with people and maintain control of conversations.
Special Requirements:
If you have previously worked within the Pharmaceutical industry or have a related degree this would be a distinct advantage.
Salary:
c£18,000 - £26,000 pa
Benefits:
Bonus (on target 1st year £10,000), company contributory pension
