Our client is currently seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join their catering team of 20 staff to produce new and exciting food dishes using modern food technology and methods. The hotel offers a choice of 3 dinning restaurants providing award winning fine dining cuisine. We are looking for candidates to ensure that all food is cooked and served to a high standard. You will maintain sufficient stock levels of food and ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
You will assist in clearing, cleaning, washing within the kitchen and maintaining legal hygiene and safety requirements for food and equipment.

Special Requirements:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef within a Hotel, Food and Hygiene qualifications, own transport ideally, however live in is available. Presentable, hard working, flexible, ability to work on own initiative.
