Our client a thriving global Headhunting Consultancy who specialise in recruiting within the IT, Telecoms, Media and Healthcare sectors, are seeking talented individuals to join their team.
Due to expansion, they are recruiting successful Recruitment Consultants who having worked in the recruitment industry are looking for continual progression within a new and challenging environment.
Suitable candidates may have worked within headhunting, specialist consultancies, high street agencies or internal recruitment or may have a creative talent that they would like to use in a sales environment.
You will be required to build long term business relationships with new and existing clients and work to find solutions to all their recruitment needs.
Suitable applicants must have excellent listening skills as well as an outgoing nature and be able to build rapport quickly and effectively. It is essential that applicants have a real interest in understanding people.

Special Requirements:
Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and have excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, strong listening skills and the ability to extract information from people.
