Sales Manager
Job Location: Slough, Berkshire
Specifications:
An opportunity has arisen within an IT solutions organisation for a Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible to managing the sales team on a daily basis, ensuring that they receive support and assistance and that agreed sales targets are achieved.
Working closely with the sales team you will also be responsible for developing, training and monitoring the team, identifying individual training needs and conducting performance reviews and one to ones, recruiting and training all new staff as well as providing support on field sales visits as needed.
Responsibilities will also include regular liaison with Head Office and producing weekly updates, monthly reviews and sales analysis for the Sales Director.
Highlighting potential business opportunities for the business and keeping fully aware of developments of new products.
Suitable candidates must have proven managerial experience at a similar level and within the IT sector.
Special Requirements:
Exposure to the IT sector. Proven managerial experience as well as the desire to succeed.
Salary:
c£60,000 pa
