Digital/Online Production Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced mail marketing and online professional (with technical skills) to join our rapidly expanding client. This role is a central and influential role in the business and you should ideally possess commercial experience within email marketing or online. You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the production team to ensure the successful delivery of all Email Marketing campaigns relating to the promotion of third party services & products. Your end goal will be to ensure email open and click through rates are maintained or indeed grown.
You will work closely with the Operations Director on strategy & targeting and will be able to clearly communicate with both the Sales & Marketing and Content teams regarding both email campaigns and website requirements.
Your responsibilities will include but not restricted too;
. Working with the design team on the production & design of email campaigns, overseeing inbox delivery testing, ensuring emails are broadly client compatible and attaining to industry best practice standards. Analysing response rates and reporting these to clients. Assisting the Operations director with campaign strategy, targeting and scheduling. Assisting the Content and Sales & Marketing teams with web development tasks.
In addition you should be able to demonstrate a good background portfolio of online/digital skills - including Database experience (Access, MS SQL or MySQL) and web design (ASP, PHP, .net, CSS etc.)
