Finance Administrator / Personal Assistant

This dedicated department for all the Finance and Insurance led products and staff, across the UK are looking for a very bright, enthusiastic character with natural people skills to fill a fundamental part of our team. Being versatile and a quick learner will be invaluable for this challenging and varied position.
 
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and enjoy working under their own initiative and occasionally to tight deadlines.
 
The role will involve working closely with the accountant to ensure new starters are inducted and signed up correctly and timely.
Calculating Business Managers monthly commissions based on their individual pay plans. Creating an array of monthly reports including league tables, Key Performance Indicator reports, Finance Turnover reports, Board Reports and Quarterly Stat reports.
Reconciling online data with management accounts information and addressing any variances.
Using PowerPoint to update quarterly statistic presentations and
assist in preparations for creating annual budgets.
 
There will also be some PA duties involved for the Managing Director.
  

 

Special Requirements: 

 
Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required at advanced level.
 
A naturally mathematically minded individual is essential.
  

 

Salary: 
c£20,000 pa
Benefits: 

Plus £2,000 target related bonus (£500 per quarter).
