Part Time Customer Service
This is an excellent permanent role working 1-5pm Monday to Friday.
Joining a highly successful company, working as part of the Customer Services team to deliver service against pre-defined Key Performance Indicators. You will be required to provide any department stakeholders (external and internal customers) with a best in class service, to positively and significantly contribute to the overall Customer Experience.
Ideally 2 years B2B experience in a telephone based Customer Services environment
Clear command of English (written and oral)
Experience of SAP would be highly beneficial although not essential
