This is a full time, permanent role.
Our client is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team based near Marlow on a full time basis. As well as having access to their beautiful offices/grounds you will be working in a busy and dynamic role which is why attention to detail is key.
Key Duties include:
- Bank reconciliation – daily for two companies
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Invoicing – Monthly and quarterly basis
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Processing payment requests
- Managing returned cheques
- Building and maintaining relationships with external clients
- Cashbook preparation
- Assist with preparation of reports and month end
- General accounts assistant duties as required
- Process all expenses
- Deal with all customer queries, copy invoices etc
Special Requirements:
- A good knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Excel is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and use your own initiative
- Car driver advantageous
