This is a part time, permanent position.

Our client who are within the Education industry, are looking for a Part Time Accounts Clerk to join their small team of 3, based on the outskirts of High Wycombe. The individual is required all year round, for school hours only and experience of Sage 200 is beneficial for this role.

Key Duties:

  • Processing invoices and inputting onto the system
  • Dealing with and resolving invoice queries
  • Reconciling the supply statements
  • Processing expense claims and credit card statements
  • Processing sales ledger payments
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing petty cash payments together with charity collections and donations
  • Working as part of a small finance team
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required
Special Requirements: 
  • Basic Accounts experience advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office beneficial
  • Organised and efficient
  • Proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
