This is a full time, permanent position.

Our client, who have 60 years’ experience within their industry are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Accounts department near Gerrards Cross. They are looking for someone who can maintain the company’s excellent standard of customer service and someone who has experience working in a fast paced environment. 

Key Duties:
• Managing incoming emails, including supplier queries
• Inputting freelancers invoices
• Assisting with monthly payment runs
• Processing sales refunds on behalf of Credit Control team
• Process staff expenses
• Handling post – internal and external

Special Requirements: 

• Relevant experience in a high paced working environment
• Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity environments
• Experience with cross-company recharges
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workload
• Flexible and willing to work as part of a team or on their own initiative
• Knowledge of Word and Excel required
• Knowledge of Agresso would be an advantage
