A fantastic temporary opportunity has become available in Loudwater. Hybrid working offered, 2 days in the office, 3 working from home. This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) however they would consider 4 days a week (30 hours) for the right candidate.

Salary £13.00 – £15.00 per hour depending on experience.

Duties:

  • Alongside the Service Charge Manager, provide accurate and efficient data processing, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Take ownership of the team inboxes and resolve or allocate tasks accordingly.
  • Process and code invoices to facilitate prompt payment.
  • Ensure accuracy of service cost/charge data and investigate and report variances to budget.
  • Provide assistance with the calculation of annual service charge budgets.
  • Liaise with different teams and depts re invoice queries.
  • Handle incoming enquiries, by telephone and in writing and to refer on where appropriate, delivering a positive outcome for both parties.
  • Undertake tasks for other teams within the Finance Directorate, in particular Management Accounts, as required.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Available immediately ideally for 3 months.
  • Finance background, numerate and comfortable working with figures.
  • Good customer service experience and administration.
  • Accurate & diligent with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with good standard of verbal and written communications.
  • Assertive and self-motivated to follow up on queries, variances with other departments
