Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for a strong accounts assistant to join them on a full time basis. Ideally you will be proficient in SAGE and have covered Accounts Payable, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. This position is office based and the hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am -4pm on a Friday.

  • Process sales order on Sage.
  • Prepare Pro Forma Invoices
  • Prepare Purchase orders on Sage.
  • Prepare Certificates of Origin for exports and liaise with the Chamber of Commerce
  • Prepare goods for shipment, packing and posting.
  • Liaise with logistics providers daily to ensure shipments processed and stock recorded correctly.
  • Send Proof of deliveries to customers daily
  • Update the CRM for all project work.
  • Post purchase invoices on Sage.
  • Monthly stock reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Letters of credit
  • Ad-hoc finance and other duties as required.
