Our well established, highly regarded and successful client, is looking for a full time Admin Support to join their team.

You will be essential in providing support within the Admin Team, with daily priorities being outlined by the Operations Manager.

Duties of the role will include:

• Assisting with printing appropriate paperwork for the office team when required (e.g. delivery notes, labels etc.)
• Customer credit checks for Operations Manager/Finance Director
• Daily stock movement (updating warehouse spreadsheet/checking batch books/saving daily sheets)
• Sending customer invoices to relevant accounts team following checking confirmation
• Sending statements to customers (monthly)
• Checking supplier invoices are on the system on receipt of statements
• Ensuring all weekly/monthly/annual filing and archiving is accurately completed
• Answering business calls (within 3 rings) professionally, communicating with the relevant department
• Distributing/managing all inbound/outbound postal requirements for the business, including visits to the post office when required
• Providing monthly updates to sales of sample stock spreadsheet and highlighting any shortfalls for re-ordering in a timely manner
• Assisting in the preparation of samples for sales when requested in-line with the request requirements/timeframe
• Assisting with consignment bookings for courier services as required (DPD/Pallet Networks)
• Assisting the Operations Manager with warehouse random/annual stock takes
• Assisting with business re-pack jobs when required
• Invoices saved and added to excel
• Other day to day administrative ad-hoc tasks when required
