Our client based in High Wycombe is looking for a self-motivated Bookkeeper, who is highly organised and a doer.

This is a part time role for a minimum of 3 months

This job would suit someone who has completed their AAT Level 3 to work a varied bookkeeping role. The successful individual will have a focused work ethic and willingness to get involved in different tasks and not be afraid to learn new things.
Immediate start

Main Responsibilities:

• Weekly payroll runs (15 staff)
• VAT quarterly
• Sales invoices generated in Sage
• Purchase invoices entered in Sage
• Debtors chasing
• Payment runs to suppliers and staff
• Accounts to trial balance ready for accounts year end
• Monthly management accounts
• Bank reconciliation
• Processing all documents in Sage

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience required
• Experience using Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll (15 staff) essential
• Strong IT skills including Excel, Microsoft Office and other standard business tools
• Exceptional organisational, priority management and attention to detail skills
