Due to continued expansion our client based in Beaconsfield is looking for an Experienced Client Administrator, this role is vital to the continued success of the business. You will be dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, process bookings and managing related administration.

They are able to offer a range of flexible working including Monday-Friday, day and evening and alternate Saturdays

Reception Duties to include but not exclusive to:

• Answering telephone calls from customers in a professional and caring manner
• Dealing with customer questions/queries and booking appointments
• Ensuring clients’ complete new client registration and GDPR forms
• Adding information to client records, paying very careful attention to detail
• Passing client orders through to appropriate staff
• General administration duties including scanning, typing, filing, post/franking post and other ad hoc duties

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service/administration experience essential
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
• Computer literate, able to use a range of software programmes including Microsoft Word; Excel and Outlook. The ability to learn new IT software quickly (with training)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive can-do attitude
