This is a full time, permanent position (working from home/office).

Our client, based on the outskirts of High Wycombe and established for almost 20 years, is looking for a Corporate Account Manager. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining/growing the business relationship with existing customers in order to ensure repeat/additional business. You will also be responsible for successfully promoting their products to prospective new customers.

Key Duties:

• Maintaining/growing existing customer relationships in order to ensure repeat/ additional business
• New business prospecting and customer acquisition
• Fulfilling the Customer Service Charter to all customers and assisting the Customer Service Department where necessary
• Sales forecasting, presenting weekly to Sales Manager
• Conducting online demonstrations over the phone/virtually
• Consistently exceeding monthly sales targets
• Proposing a suitable package and pricing to prospects and customers (with marketing and management assistance)
• Ongoing management of Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
• On occasion, potentially accompanying the Managing Director into key customer meetings (following COVID guidelines)
• Compiling monthly usage and stats for customers

Special Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Sales and/or Customer Service role
• A consistent over-achiever who is happy to be measured on sales performance, customer retention and activity
• Persuasive and tenacious without coming across as ‘pushy’
• Reliable and trustworthy
• A self-motivated organiser with good PC and MS Office skills and with a high level of literacy and numeracy
• A winning personality with an excellent telephone manner/communication skills and a strong team player
• A positive, ‘can do’ attitude/ flexible multi-tasker, offering that ‘extra inch’ in every task (essential)
• A good understanding of the way business works with good business acumen and an interest in being part of a successfully growing team
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

£18,000-£20,000 PA OTE £28,000
