You will be providing administrative support as well as delivering fantastic customer service. This is a varied role with elements of sales administration, supplier engagement and customer service.


  • Covering all areas of contract administration, including raising purchase orders, booking deliveries/collections and raising post-delivery packs and invoices
  • Ensuring achievement across all key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Managing daily workloads as a group through the use of dashboards/reporting
  • Dealing with all customer queries (via phone/email) that arise after point of sale
  • Day to day management of complaints in line with FCA standards
  • Supporting management, providing detail/knowledge to enable better decision making
  • Supporting customers and upholding the brand image (providing the very best in going above and beyond for customers)
  • Using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Bynx and various other systems to manage all post sale operations for customer

Experience Needed

  • Minimum Grade A-C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as CRM systems)
  • Previous experience dealing with customers
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner/communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding and use of PDF editor
  • Ability to manage/prioritise own workload as well as working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible, ‘can do’, enthusiastic attitude
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment (with customer service/client satisfaction being the primary focus)
  • A driven, passionate and motivated team player
  • Full driving licence
