Our client, a local distributor based in High Wycombe is seeking a full time customer service representative to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, have excellent organisational skills and be able to problem solve.

Monday to Friday 8:30AM -5PM

• Process Independent customer orders accurately allowing time for dispatch/picking to meet the required delivery date

• Make sure customers are responded to and order acknowledgments sent including any OOS and due dates

• Keep undervalue orders to an absolute minimum

• Liaise with our demand team to manage and maintain stock levels, including one off orders for customers

• Maintain all aspects of customer contract pricing

• Liaise with our logistics team to ensure smooth deliveries for our customers and any delivery queries

• Support the sales team in all aspects of customer orders.

• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth despatch of customer orders

• Liaise with the finance team in respect of customer payments, late payments, claims, price queries etc.
