Entry Level Admin Assistant (CS006051)
Full Time PermanentThis is a full time, permanent position.
Our client, a successful company based in High Wycombe, is looking for an Entry Level Admin Assistant to join their busy team.
Key Duties:
- Making refreshments for team/visitors
- Opening/distributing post
- Answering the telephone and emailing/passing on messages
- Everyday scanning of documents when required
- Ordering and distributing stationery/paper/ink
- Purchasing of consumables eg. tea/coffee/sugar/cleaning materials
- Liaising with EDOS re printing of drawings
- Booking of Meeting Rooms
- Filing, registering and hanging drawings
- Ordering new business cards
- Updating telephone lists and distributing
- Creating spine labels and site trays for new jobs
- Printing/scanning/making phone calls for Estimating Dept
- Booking couriers
- Laminating documents / creating health and safety signage
- Filling and unloading dishwasher
- Assisting with O&M manuals
- Assisting with slides, presentations etc, for Careers Fairs
- End of day jobs – closing down the office for the night (excluding locking up)
- Keeping areas tidy – collecting up mugs and keeping the kitchen clear
- Site set up for new projects. – Insurances/site tray/server folders
- Filing/saving health and safety reports
- Updating the Project list
- Franking and sending out post
- Signing off invoices for cleaners/EDOS and stationery
- Managing and keeping the admin inbox up to date
Special Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient with a computer
- Willingness to learn
- Hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Benefits:
- Pay rise review in December
- Bonus scheme (paid in December, February and June) this may not be applicable in the first year
- 25 days holiday Jan – Dec
- Hours – 8.30am – 5pm
