Our highly successful and well-established client is looking for a professional Front of House Assistant to join their team.

You must have a polite, very professional approach and be well presented (with smart appearance) as you will be acting as front of house.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors with professionalism
• Answering calls and maintaining the message log
• Ensuring the Front of House is continuously run smoothly
• Taking responsibility/ownership for entertaining clients, booking meetings, ensuring stock levels are maintained, arranging luncheons for meetings
• Maintaining/troubleshooting problems with office equipment, such as computers, printers and voicemail systems
• Assisting in organizing PR Events on company premises as well as offsite events
• Paying Congestion charges as required
• Sending parcels via couriers
• Running errands during lunch times as they arise
• Maintaining reception diary, ensuring the Saturday rota is sent weekly, updating the events calendar and updating Acquisitions Saturday rota yearly
• Monitoring/purchasing supplies (stationery, catering and general supplies)
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may arise (ie. Staff Birthday cards/cakes rota etc.)

Special Requirements:

• Receiving visitors in a very polite and professional manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Fully IT literate (Word and Excel)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills with first class customer service skills
• Positive, helpful and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently using own initiative
• Flexible, punctual and very presentable

 

Hours of Work : Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
