Full Time PermanentOur client, a leading wholesaler who is highly respected in the industry and has been established for 5 years, is looking to recruit a Junior PA to join their fast-paced organisation. You must be passionate with a keenness to deliver the high standard that they pride themselves on.
Key Duties:
• Diary organisation
• Booking and arranging travel/transport/accommodation
• Closely monitoring/actioning/replying to emails on behalf of the Director
• Organising refreshments/breakfasts/lunches/dinners for the Directors
• Acting as first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments, often controlling access to the Director
• Organising events/conferences
• The reminding of important tasks/deadlines
• Liaising with staff/suppliers/clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Preparation for tenders by using Sage/Excel
• Liaising with other executives on behalf of the Director
• Training new administrative staff
• Managing the database and filing systems
• Attending meetings when necessary in order to take notes
• Other Ad-hoc tasks (as and when required
Special requirements include:
• Excellent/strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, with the ability to do Pivot Tables, V-Look-Ups etc.)
• Previous Sage experience
• Highly organised/excellent attention to detail/ability to prioritise
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines
• A positive, confident approach
