We are seeking a Moving in Coordinator for our client based in High Wycombe, who offer award winning care and support to their residents.

This position will take responsibility for supporting all applications and the moving in process of residents to the home.  You will be responsible for dealing with all applications from initial enquiry to admission, providing detailed information on the homes facilities, benefits, equipment and location. Making sure ensure rooms are ready on admission day, including all personal belongings in place and checking that all electrical items adhere to health and safety requirements, and to complete a full inventory of the residents belongings.  To ensure moving in dates are agreed and all internal and external parties are aware, and to maintain effective communication with residents and their families during the whole process from enquiry through to the settling in phase. Resolving any initial complaints  and escalating any issues are escalated to the Home Administrator.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality.

Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
