Responsibilities to include :
• Supplier invoices (price checking/loading)
• Bank/Credit card reconciliation
• Sales/Purchase Account reconciliation
• Month/year end reporting
• Monthly Payroll
• Companies House submissions
• HMRC – Vat/PAYE
• Pension submission
• Credit Control
• Supplier monthly payments
• Timesheets (Engineers)
• Holiday/Sickness Records
• Previous Bookkeeping Experience
• Sage experience essential
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to prioritise
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
