Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide support to their Project teams. The position will involve supporting the client/commissioning/project team, and building strong   relationships with all parties, ensuring that the system is accurately updated with all client information and project start/finish dates, and also to update the engineering schedule with the ongoing progress of each project. You will be responsible for issuing all RAM’s and OM’s, insurance details and completion certificates.  In addition you will be required to attend internal project handover meetings, ensuring that all documents, tender drawings have been scanned and saved centrally, and to create a project folder ensuring all information is up to date and order acknowledgements have been received for all works. There will also be some monthly/Bi-monthly reporting required.

Skills required

  • Previous Project Administration experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Organised and good prioritisation skills
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Excellent PC skills.

Working hours: 09.00  – 17.00 Monday to Friday
