Receptionist
Full Time Permanent Temp To Perm TemporaryOur client a leader in their field are looking to recruit a full time time Receptionist to join them at their offices in High Wycombe. Responsibilities will include:
- Screening and forwarding all incoming calls
- Greeting all visitors
- Receive/sort mail
- Order Office supplies
- Organise courier collections
- Updating calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare vouchers
- Ensure Reception is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Ad hoc administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven Reception experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Ability to Multitask and prioritise workload
This position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9.ooam – 5.30pm)
