Our client a leader in their field are looking to recruit a full time time Receptionist to join them at their offices in High Wycombe. Responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and forwarding all incoming calls
  • Greeting all visitors
  • Receive/sort mail
  •  Order Office supplies
  • Organise courier collections
  • Updating calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare vouchers
  • Ensure Reception is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven Reception experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritise workload

This position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9.ooam – 5.30pm)
