Our client, a local company based in Bourne end are looking for a part time sales administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis. The hours are 9-4.30pm Wednesday and Thursday and 9-4pm on a Friday.

I am looking for someone who is immediately available.

  • Sales Support – Processing customer orders for external sales team
  • Liaising with external sales reps on product info and availability
  • Calling customers to ensure they have received samples and to gain feedback
  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking messages
  • Advising customers on products/availability
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Processing regular orders
  • Arranging couriers and updating customer where appropriate
  • Sending out confirmation emails to customers with order details attached
  • Supporting the Directors with other tasks
  • General Ad-hoc work when needed
