Our client a well-established company based in High Wycombe is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join them in their modern offices. This is a varied sales administration position working across various departments within this company. Flexible working for the right candidate

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Welcoming visitors to site
• Receiving and managing incoming phone calls, email and web customers enquiries
• Processing and pre-qualifying customer sales and service enquires, delegating as required
• Generating purchase orders for customer sales, stock re-order and service department
• Booking direct shipment orders and invoicing
• Organising export customer orders, providing weights and dimensions for customers
• Processing quotes, customer sales orders and project work as required
• Assisting stores with returns and collections
• Generating pro-forma invoices, sales and service invoices and credit notes
• Organising sales appointments
• Amending supplier pricing on computer and updating new parts records
• Generate weekly, month end and service reports

Essential Criteria:

• Previous proven administration experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT literate
• Energetic and ambitious with a professional approach
• Team player
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Pro-active ‘can do’ attitude
