Our client is looking for a Sales & Product Administrator to work within the Sports Sector, reporting directly to the Underwriting Manager.

Responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive sales and administration support, as well as underwriting support and assisting in the development of various products.
This role will involve quoting and selling, relationship building with various markets and advising on underwriting methodology.
Opportunities for progression are offered as well as the chance to study NVQs and development through other industry leading training bodies, fully funded by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers via telephone and advising them on various policies that are available
• Completing applications on behalf of customers, ensuring all key information is recorded accurately
• Updating internal systems with sales information.
• Producing necessary documentation for new policies
• Maintaining various customer records and handling policy renewals
• Responding to email and telephone enquires generated from the website
• Performing further business projects upon request of the Underwriting Manager

Special Requirements: 

• The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Competent in Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills
• Ability to learn processes quickly
• An interest in Sport (desirable)

 

Previous insurance and underwriting experience is required for this role.
