A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for a highly successful Construction Company in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, able to prioritise accordingly and be a strong team member.

  •  Issuing services enquiries to utility companies and chase budget responses
  • Issue tender enquiries to consultants
  •  Chase consultants for fee proposals
  • Assist Technical Team with invoice approval process
  •  Assist Technical Team with fee variation budget documents
  •  Assist Technical Team with fee comparison documents
  •  Chase consultants for drawing issues and reports
  •  Receive calls for Technical Team and take messages where necessary
  •  Receive calls for other departments and take messages where necessary
  •  Greet visitors for any Technical Team meetings where necessary
  •  Manage all office administration for the Technical Team
  •  Record minutes for any technical project meetings and site pre-start meetings where necessary
  •  Assist with any general office duties as requested by the Office Manager
  •  Any other duties at the reasonable request of the Technical Team
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook preferred
