We are currently seeking for an experienced Site and Maintenance member to join and work with a small existing team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the site to ensure that is it a safe environment at all times. 37 hours per week (7.5 hours Monday to Friday, 7.0 hours on Fridays)


  • Undertake repairs and other works indicative with available skills
  • Ongoing Maintenance work
  • Clean up spillages and keep the site tidy and clear of litter
  • Support Staff in the Organisation and support of events
  • Be a proactive and positive addition to the site team
  • Open up and lock up site (occasional lock up after events)
  • Ensure alarms and all heating and lighting is turned off as necessary
  • Internal and external porterage duties as required.
  • Supervise Contractors with direction from site Manager



  • Previous Maintenance experience
  • Compliance with GDPR
  • Health & Safety trained
  • Aware of site specific risks
  • Effective time Management

  • Friendly & helpful disposition
  • Team player
  • Enhanced DBS (Advantageous)
