This is a full time, permanent position.

Our client, a highly established supplier based in Aylesbury, is looking for a Technical Sales
Co-ordinator. You will be designing/developing enclosures to meet the demands of customers and projects.

Flexibility would be required to work a reasonable amount of necessary unpaid hours where required

However, this is a lovely working week with an early finish of 2.30pm on a Friday!

Key Responsibilities

• Production of quotes from drawings (with support) and customer enquiries
• Customer visits as required to develop products with support of the sales team
• Use of CRM System and Navision software
• Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s products, their competitors and the marketplace in which they operate
• Maintaining a very high level of support and contact with supplying companies
• Reporting to senior management with their worldwide group of companies
• Ad-hoc troubleshooting across all departments in your control, including ensuring quality of performance and products supplied are maintained and improved

With additional training:

• Supporting with product modifications and sales technical support
• Preparing drawings for customers and quotations
• Use of Enclosure Calculation tools

• Helping with the whole sales function of the designation area within the Enclosure Division
• Increasing sales of the Enclosures product range

Special Requirements

• Previous sales administration experience (essential)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent customer facing/service skills
• Previous sales & support with some technical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritise
