Our client a local school are looking for an administrator to join them for approximately 7 weeks (End of the school term).

  • Enhanced DBS advantageous but not essential
  • The hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm
  • Must be able to start on Monday 6th June

Duties include:

  • Working in HR, reporting to HR Officer
  • Basic admin office experience required
  • Main duties: filing, emails, taking/making phone calls, meet/greet candidates, general admin tasks
  • No HR experience necessary
  • Experience of working in a school is not necessary, but would be an advantage
  • Enhanced DBS will be required. We can apply for this if they don’t have one
  • Candidate must be personable and presentable as they will be meeting candidates
  • Own transport essential as the school location is not near public transport
  • Full-time, hours 9.00am-5.00pm

Start: Monday 6 June – anticipated to be required at least until the end of term (8 July)
