Temporary position on-going (Successful candidate will be considered Permanently)

Our client, a family run business based in Bourne End are looking for an administrator to join them on a full time basis. This hands on position will suit someone who is looking for variation within there day to day routine.

  • Manage all forms of correspondence
  • Create and update customer records and databases
  • Submit timely reports to customers
  • Order processing, purchasing
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning as and when required
  • Assist colleagues wherever necessary

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Sage and Clik would be useful but training will be given
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Pleasant and effective telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask

Additional information

Work Hours: Full -time 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
