This is a Temporary position for approximately 8 weeks

Hours – 9.30-4pm or 9-5pm (Our client could be flexible)

Our client, a family run business are seeking temporary help for approximately 8 weeks. Ideally you will have worked in administration and be keen to hit the ground running.

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • Contacting existing clients to book additional services
  • Sending out quotations to clients
  • Responding to emails via outlook
  • Adding information to spreadsheets
  • Liaising with sales department to ensure leads are closed
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • System knowledge advantageous (BTE or Oracle accounts)
