Our client, based in Marlow, is looking for an Account Manager to provide a full end to end strategic account management service to key partners.   Your role will be to proactively maximise the sales of products and services to the IT and B2B channel.  Ultimately you will be responsible for the overall profitability and development of these partnerships and will professionally promote the products, services and values of the company.

Key Duties include:

  • Pro-actively selling the company’s portfolio of associated products and services to specific key channel partners
  • Professional account management of existing accounts encompassing the full portfolio of their value and portfolio of products and services
  • Gaining a full and comprehensive knowledge of key partner’s business models
  • Developing and delivering regular account reviews and business development meeting plans
  • Identifying, targeting and selling to new accounts
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly unit, revenue and gross profit targets
  • Producing consistent meeting review documentation and development plans
  • Developing strong and multi-level relationships with all key partners
  • Developing comprehensive short and medium term business pipeline plans for all partners
  • Pro-actively promoting internal and external promotional marketing campaigns and activity
  • Working effectively as part of the overall sales function to achieve group targets and objectives
  • Liaising in a professional manner with other internal business functions
  • Customer meetings when required and monthly/quarterly reviews
  • Regular daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews and targets and objectives, encompassing unit, revenue and profit targets
  • Comprehensive customer reviews and action documents
  • Individual gross profit targets/customer GP targets/individual non-device targets/overall sales targets
  • Any other duties as required
