Our client, a fast growing UK company, is seeking a hard-working and self-motivated Contracts Co-ordinator to assist in the administration of new contracts, service amendments and terminations that come into the business.  You will be responsible for adding contracts and services onto the operating system, including amendments with customer requests, new work, terminations, as well as ensuring accounts are set up correctly from the beginning.  Working closely with Operations, you will ensure services are booked in the correct way, as well as Customer Services ensuring customers receive the best level of service.

Responsibilities to include :-

New Contracts

  • Taking/responding where necessary to sales enquiries
  • Sending necessary paperwork to new customers
  • Sales administration, including contract setup and welcome packs
  • Co-ordinating the administration process of new accounts, ensuring procedures are followed
  • Negotiating terminations where necessary
  • Calculating customers’ deposits where necessary
  • Identifying areas for improvement in process and procedures

Broker Work

  • Co-ordinating the setup of new Broker sites on PurGo
  • Liaising with Operations Department, assisting in getting containers delivered/removed
  • Terminating sites where necessary
  • Communicating with the Broker their new services


  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting the Customer Services Team
  • Problem resolution
  • Assisting other departments with project work when necessary
  • Various other tasks as deemed relevant and necessary

  • Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Sales or Admin experience (desirable)
