Our Client is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator, to support the department. Duties will include, assisting customers with enquiries via telephone & email. Preparing contract renewals, updating in house CRM database, updating various Excel spreadsheets, along with general Admin support to the department.
This role is for an immediate start and is likely to continue for 2/3 months
