Our client, a leading distributor, is looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their team in Chalfont. You will be responsible for running individual tasks as well as helping other staff members when needed.  You must be an exceptional communicator with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to co-ordinate several different departments to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Reporting to the Customer Services Manager and Chief Technology Officer
  • Taking incoming calls and providing support for dealers and other departments
  • Distributing of post and arranging the post to be collected from HQ
  • Leaning and supporting on ID&V checks
  • Account opening, support and manual follow-ups
  • Phone verification of beneficiaries (to support overspill for payments)
  • Formalising the operating procedures
  • Answering the door / taking in parcels
  • Assisting customers as well as escorting them to meeting rooms
  • Mail opening and administrative support as needed
  • Any other relevant duties as required
Special Requirements: 
  • Strong communicator
  • Motivated, self-driven, willing and with a positive outlook
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise during busy periods
  • GCSE Grade C (or above)
  • Office Outlook knowledge/experience
  • Ability to get on and work with others and be a team player
  • Previous exposure of customer service
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
