Specifications: 

A temp to perm position which will involve assisting with the  implementation of new HR systems within the department, managing the HR audit backlog, along with supporting the day to day running of the core HR Admin function. This role would suit someone who has worked in a shared service function/medium size organisation (up to 200 staff). This is a varied role, focusing on HR, Employee relations and Admin.

Duties Include:

  • Tupe of staff information
  • Staff Audit and compliance
  • Staff contracts,appraisals,objectives, terms etc
  • Recruitment process
  • Regular and clear communication to staff
  • Policies/procedures & organisational charts
Special Requirements: 
  • CIPD Qualified
  • HR Manager or HR Business partner experience (min 2 years)
  • Excellent Administration and Organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities
