As a part-time Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in all areas of marketing both online and offline. This key role will include working with internal colleagues and our Marketing Agency to meet our company’s objectives.

This role would ideally suit someone with broad marketing knowledge and good IT skills. Working under the Business Development Director your role will be to support and deliver marketing campaigns efficiently.

• Working closely with our Marketing agency agreeing action and priorities.
• Co-ordinating activities for Webinars, Seminars and Trade Shows.
• Helping drive online traffic with email/online campaigns.
• Review, oversee and maintain our online presence in conjunction with agency.
• Writing and editing online content such as blogs and case studies.
• Maintaining CRM system, including uploading data and creating/running reports.
• Updating colleagues and the agency on progress and developments.
• Provide excellent administrative support to business development related activities.
• Developing good internal and agency working relationships.
• Managing and maintaining excellent working relationship with various membership organisations that exist in our industry space
• Managing and maintaining excellent working relationships with counterparts at key partner organisations
• Ensure that the Client receives excellent value for money when procuring either services or materials from marketing budget
• Maintain Marketing related material in Sharepoint to highest standard to ensure ongoing accuracy and ease of access to all interested parties.

Special Requirements: 

• Salesforce desirable 
• Flexible but ideally 25 hours a week
• Broad knowledge of modern digital marketing techniques including social media
• Experience/exposure of marketing to Software/IT consultancy industry
• Event management experience
• Resourceful in overcoming challenges, avoiding obstacles and sticking with plans
• Creativity in developing ideas and solutions including brainstorming with colleagues 
• The ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to rapidly acquire an extensive knowledge of the company’s capabilities and services.
