This is a part time, permanent position.

Our client, a leading global provider in their field are seeking an experience part Time HR & Payroll Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, have a high level of Payroll experience and ideally familiar with SAGE. Ours of work MUST include a Monday and Tuesday, however other working days can be agreed upon offer of the position.

Key Duties:

  • Recruiting for contractors and employees
  • Process monthly payroll for all staff including workplace pension scheme
  • Process contractor renewals
  • Updates at board meetings
  • Maintaining the HR database and associated filing
  • Managing bonuses and commissions
  • Ensuring that HR policies are in accordance with legal requirements
  • Ensuring compliance to data protection guidelines
  • Employee development, needs assessment and training
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Performance management and improvement systems, implementation & training
Special Requirements: 
  • Personable and professional manner
  • SAGE experience desirable
  • Experience in handling payroll essential
  • A positive and enthusiastic character
  • Understanding that flexibility and willingness to adapt will be fundamental to undertake variety of different responsibilities
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • CIPD Qualified level 5 and above is desirable
  • High level of IT literacy and Microsoft proficient
  • Previous HR Manager level experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • The HR Manager will be reporting directly to the Managing Director
