Main responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering the main switchboard and directing calls
- Booking/preparing meeting rooms
- Arranging couriers
- Helping various departments with ad hoc admin
- Updating internal files
- Handling the post
Must have previous proven reception experience with the ability to communicate articulately with a wide variety of clients. Representing the company in a very professional manner is key to this role.
