This is a part time maternity contract – 9 months with the potential to increase

Our client, a busy and expanding company within their industry is seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their small close knit team in High Wycombe. This role will be focused on ensuring a smooth order process for all customers; from the initial order through to delivery.  This is why it is essential for the candidate to have a strong focus on customer service along with Sage 200 on-line experience.

Key Duties:

  • Processing all sales orders (customer orders, purchase orders, pro-forma invoices & full invoices)
  • Ordering stock as instructed by the warehouse
  • Booking delivery slots with customers
  • Arranging for printing of literature not done in house
  • Supporting the Management team with booking flights, hotels and taxi’s etc
  • Reception duties including answering incoming calls and passing to correct department or taking messages
Special Requirements: 
  • Sage package experience is essential

  • Full training of product range will be provided 
  • High level of education
  • Proven Administration experience
