Our client has an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual to join their UK Head Office team in High Wycombe as a Sales & Customer Support. Working in a modern office environment, you will be a significant contributor to their sales team and customers, acting as first point of contact for customers, both UK and internationally.
- All aspects of support to the sales cycle from quote to production to delivery
- Dealing with customer enquiries, both UK and internationally
- Inputting for new product and industry sector initiatives
- Resource for technical product brochures and samples
- Well educated, with excellent written and spoken English and maths skills (essential)
- PC literate
- Presentable and enthusiastic with a drive to succeed
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- A “can do”, proactive attitude to own tasks/projects
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic to work in a team environment
