This is a full time, permanent position.

 

Our client, one of the world’s most innovative companies is seeking 2 Customer Services/Telesales Executives to join their fabulous offices based near Marlow. The individuals must have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and by email and will be required to pass the companies exam within 2 years of starting.

 

 

Key Duties:

  • Maintaining the highest possible average selling price for products
  • Efficiently manage for the minimum volume of returned or cancelled orders
  • Maintain consistently high and agreed call rates and conduct appropriate business conversations
  • Process all incoming orders onto the sales order system immediately
  • Ensure all orders are entered accurately and frequently cleanse the sales order system so that all account and order details are complete, correct and up-to-date
  • Organise appropriate and efficient delivery schedules on behalf of customers and enter them onto the sales order system
  • To keep detailed call notes and record the outcome of all telesales conversations and contacts on the sales order system and the CRM system
  • Answer all incoming customer enquiries immediately (by e-mail, fax, phone, website), efficiently and appropriately, no later than two working days from receipt, with all telephone messages and emails actioned within 1 hour of receipt.
  • Log all incoming customer requests for vaccine returns
  • Prospecting specifically for new regional or national buying group opportunities
  • Effectively manage the communication of confirmation letters etc. to customers
  • Assist in the distribution of sales support materials to customers
  • To assist with sending out mail merges to communicate important information to customers (e.g. delays, support materials etc.)
  • Assisting with and maintaining other duties when colleagues are absent, specifically ensuring that all activities on colleagues computers are communicated timeously to the colleague concerned and entered to the individuals business support system promptly
  • Communicating promptly and actively to the Customer Service & Sales Manager any specific and important competitor activity
  • To comply fully with the companies procedure for adverse events
  • Consistently comply with requirements for training
  • To arrange appointments for the Business Manager and other staff

Any other ad-hoc work as required

  • To achieve a pass level within 2 years of joining the team in the companies exam as required (paid by client)
