Our client, a hugely successful specialist manufacturer is seeking a self-motivated UK Customer Service Administrator to join their fast-paced, successful team in Bourne End. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high level Customer Service to internal and external customers, so experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Key Duties:

  • Processing sales orders and standing orders in SAP
  • Prepare and send out quotations to customers
  • Resolving Customer Queries
  • Arrange return shipment of instruments, modules and kits
  • Provide and co-ordinate information for tenders
  • Coordinate annual price review mailing
  • Raise purchase orders as required
  • Ensure that invoices are correctly authorised and matched with original purchase orders
  • Print and post out invoices to customers on a daily basis
  • Assist Finance with the follow up of overdue accounts and assist customers with invoice queries
  • Assist with necessary bookings and arrangements,  including all travel, accommodation, shipment of  banners, literature, evaluation forms, freebies and brochure stands
  • Booking and coordination of Sales Meetings and other ad hoc meetings
  • Manage stationary and requests for literature
  • Provide cover for other members of the customer service team as required
  • Co-ordinate on boarding for all new starters
  • Report non-conformities using quality processes
  • Work towards UK monthly/quarterly KPIs
  • Assist with any other duties as required
Special Requirements: 
  • Experience in a customer service environment & in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of working with quotations, contracts & tenders
  • High attention to detail and well organised
  • Flexible and works well in a small team
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Intermediate level in Excel & Word
  • Previous experience of using an ERP system (SAP preferred) would be an advantage
  • Able to solve problems and identify improvements
  • Calm under pressure
  • Occasional travel in the UK and to France would be required
